This is a silver gelatin press photo of Gerald DeKing, the 12 year old boy who witnessed his mother’s killing by dry raiders in 1929. It shows him gathering tin cans.
It is 250 x 200mm and has excellent tones and detail. The paper is slightly rippled at the edges and there is wear to the white border.
